I transferred money but my donation hasn't shown up?

Check that the amount and the transfer note match what's shown on the QR code. Matching transactions are usually recorded within a few minutes of bank confirmation. If it still doesn't appear, keep the transaction screenshot (time, amount, note) and contact support.

How long does a wallet top-up take?

Top-ups via VietQR usually reach your wallet almost instantly after a successful transfer. If you don't see it, verify you sent the exact amount and the correct order note, and keep the order code for reconciliation.

When can I withdraw my money?

You can withdraw once KYC is complete and your bank account name matches your ID. Withdrawals are processed manually, usually within 24 business hours.

What if my KYC is rejected?

VietDon lets you resubmit. Read the rejection reason, retake clearer photos of your documents and make sure the information matches, then submit again.

My OBS alert isn't showing on stream?

Check that the Browser Source uses the latest overlay link, the source is enabled in your scene, and try right-click then Refresh cache. Use the Send test alert button in the dashboard to verify the connection.

How do I recover a forgotten password?

Use Forgot password in the login dialog and enter the OTP sent to your email. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support to verify ownership.
