1. Introduction

Welcome to VietDon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VietDon platform, website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using VietDon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use VietDon solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users
• Impersonate or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated tools to scrape or manipulate the Platform

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Donation Process

VietDon facilitates donations from supporters ("Donors") to content creators ("Streamers"). When making a donation:

• You confirm that you are legally able to make such transactions
• You acknowledge that VietDon acts as a payment processor and intermediary
• You authorize VietDon to process the payment through our payment partners
• Donations are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise by VietDon
• VietDon reserves the right to withhold or reject any donation for any reason

4. Payment Terms

All payments on VietDon are processed through secure third-party payment providers. VietDon charges a transaction fee for each donation. The applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm your donation. By completing a payment, you authorize VietDon to charge the specified amount. VietDon is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion rates, or charges imposed by your financial institution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, and materials on the VietDon Platform are the property of VietDon or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without explicit written permission. User-generated content posted on VietDon remains the property of the user but grants VietDon a perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VietDon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. VietDon's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

7. Modifications to Terms

VietDon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of VietDon after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination of Service

VietDon may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated data. VietDon may also suspend or terminate the entire Platform or specific services without notice.
